By purchasing a ticket for the Better Together Wedding Expo, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Partial Refund (50%): If a cancellation request is received on or before January 19, 2026 , the ticket holder will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

No Refund: Cancellations made on or after February 14, 2026 (7 days or less before the event) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sidney.swan@asalogisticsllc.com.

The request must include:

Purchaser's full name

Ticket order number

Email address used for booking

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
3. Event Cancellations or Postponements

If the Better Together Wedding Expo is canceled by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund following the terms outlined above.
4. No-Show Policy

If a ticket holder does not attend the event and has not submitted a cancellation request within the timeframe stated above, no refund will be issued.
5. Non-Transferability

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer.
6. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
